Tammy is a non-licensed Relationship Manager who works side-by-side with our lead advisor, Brian, with over three decades of client service experience. A small business owner for over twenty-five years, she is familiar with the discipline and dedication that is required to be successful in the professional world.
An Illinois native, Tammy graduated from Gladstone High School in Covina, California, where her family relocated when she was a young girl. It was there that she met her future husband, Doug, with whom she built a beautiful family. She attended Fullerton College with a focus on business, which led her and Doug to own and operate their own business as partners.
When Doug was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2011, she and her family became involved with the American Cancer Society and participated in their local annual Relay for Life events. The entire Spencer family dedicated over ten years to raising funds for cancer research and are happy to report that, since his surgery in February 2011, Doug remains in remission.
Tammy’s family is her biggest priority in life. Not only is she a rock star mother to her three daughters, she and Doug are also grandparents to five adorable grandchildren, with a sixth on the way. When she isn’t busy with her work and enjoying her time with her grandchildren, she crochets and crafts as a creative outlet.
